WWTBAM - Unusual Bailout

On the March 21, 2000 WWTBAM, the hotseat was graced with the presence of none other than Jeff Fisher (not to be confused with the Tennessee Titans coach of the same name, mind you). What came to pass in his short stay in the hotseat was at the time unprecedented...he bailed out before seeing the $32,000 question. I believe that it has happened since then, but I can't remember who else bailed that early.

3 min - Dec 19, 2007

Rob Coughlin appeared in the hotseat on January 23, 2000 and became the fifth player to see a $1,000,000 question. Rob had the potential to be the second millionaire in a five day period, as Dan Blonsky became the show's 2nd millionaire on the 1/18/00 show. The "two millionaires in five days" feat was actually achieved twice during the series as Kim Hunt and David Goodman each won the top prize on July 6 and July 11, 2000, respectively, and Kevin Olmstead and Bernie Cullen each won big on April 10 and April 15, 2001, respectively. This is the final part of the run, showing Rob's $1,000,000 question.
