   Pay them! You acknowledged that the moneys/loans were deposited into your account, so give it back to them.

   Then they’ll stop harrassing you…

   (These people can find you by looking at your credit report.)

   First, pull your 3 credit reports to see who is reporting what. Start with your smallest debt, call the collector, and pay it off. Then, go to the next smallest debt and do the same thing until each one is paid. Depending on how long it has been since you first defaulted on these loans, they may fall off of your credit report naturally. This does NOT mean you are not responsible for the debt, it only means they can no longer report the debt. If these collectors are pulling money from bank accounts which you have not authorized them to take money from, you need to find out if they have placed a lien on you, because if so, you will never be able to hide, they can take wage garnishments as well.

   I don’t think payday loans deal with credit reports.
   When you deal with them, you give them permission to cash the check or debit your checking account.
   When you bouce checks – you are committing a federal crime.
   They will find out where you live – but not through the bureaus.

   You really need to pay them.
   I had a friend, that the police came to her apartement, put her in handcuffs, and took her to jail.
   These people are not credit card companies that simply sue you.
   You committ check fraud
