Tell her that she could get a computer virus from talking with these people? Wow, my grandparent’s hate computers. At least they only get scammed by Sarah Palin and patriotic sounding groups by mail!
I think what you need to do is invite a local friendly police officer round to your house to explain it to her. I think she’d believe them, even if she doesn’t believe you. She’s clearly flattered by their attention at her age, and is extremely naive. She is extremely vulnerable to this kind of manipulation and it has to stop. You have to do something pretty drastic about this before it’s too late. Someone one of these days will commit a serious crime and then it will be too late.
See if you can install some sort of parental block on her computer when she’s not around that prevents her from accessing any dating sites. And if she complains she can’t access them, just tell her the site must have been closed down due to all the scammers
